We prepare extensive profiles on our client companies, their culture, ranking and standing in their industry, future growth plans and the opening they have. In turn, we also prepare an extensive profile of our candidates that goes beyond just their resume. We explore career path, motivation, cultural fit and future goals.

Introduction

Once we have determined that we have identified the best candidates for the best opportunities and based on mutual consent from our candidate, we present only the most qualified individuals to our clients. Interview Process

We can alleviate a lot of the stress of the interview process. We work with our clients to schedule any appointments or interviews necessary in their hiring process. Based on our knowledge of the industry and our client, we make sure that you enter every interview or appointment fully prepared. We can act as mediator and answer questions for you. We continue to confer with you and our client throughout the interview process to analyze results and resolve any issues.

Negotiation
